We liked this hotel: staff and location were all great.

Wonderful staff and location, we loved this low budget hotel. Booked a room on the balcony which was being sucked into the room through the air conditioning unit.

The hotel was set in a central area next to eateries, Keeneland Park and the horse farms, hospital, football stadium.

Low cost hotel in a good area really close to a Starbucks, eateries and campus.

Everything was great, including staff and rooms, its free wi-fi. We appreciated this place.

Convenient base for exploring Lexington. Competent staff and the place was immaculately clean. The continental breakfast was the best part of our exceptional stay. It was good to have strong drinks in the pool bar.

I loved the place, perfect location and food. Historic building, tidy and spacious bedroom. They made my stay enjoyable. The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a well kept area. I had a simple meal at in-house restaurant.

Clean place, handy location, understanding staff. Plenty of food, which was decent to satisfy everyone. The pool area was heated too.

The rooms with the mirrors, clean shower. The hotel was in a particularly good area:)))

Well-maintained rooms, pleasant staff, prime location - liked it! Incredible view, a nice balcony, amazing bed, too. Restaurant was good with good service and outstanding food.

The weather was pleasant, had peaceful stay. Lively hotel, good service, and brilliant value. The staff were eager to help with any inquires and was courteous.

food was good and i have nothing but magnificent memories from this trip. the hotel was small, and i loved it. decent location, blue grass airport was 0.5 miles away. relaxing room with comfortable beds. bright lobby.

Inexpensive hotel, exceptionally clean rooms, ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location. Restaurant was fabulous and overall clean. Soft coffee and tea in the karaoke bar, private parking place.

We had a really enjoyable experience staying here. Economical hotel, tidy, apologetic staff and the beds were large. The beach was beautiful. Had bottled drinks in the karaoke bar in the evening...

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was horrible.

exceptional place with mostly very friendly stuff, everything was very good. astonishing view of beach. breakfast was delicious, lots of dishes to choose from. pool was clean and there was a fantastic restaurant on site. had an outstanding stay here.

Everywhere was clean, staff were funny, exceptionally comfortable bed. Room was immaculate and perfect with a large bathroom. The hotel was close to restaurants and eateries. Awesome restaurant on site.

Facilities were amazing, even so Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Cant recommend it highly enough this place to all, I liked it. Hotel is brand new and fairly clean, has okaylocation and staff.

The stuff were lovely friendly, the room was average, I loved comfy location. Everything was perfectly fine as expected, though the bathroom was old. A wonderful beach, relaxing view. Modern design, efficient service in the entire hotel. The venue was fair, but I stayed for 4 nights only.

Warm staff, tidy room. Soft beds, microwave and complimentary WiFi in the room. Nice services too. Beachfront location was a plus.

I loved it so I will be back. The hotel was fairly clean & the staff were professional, the bed was comfy. So comfortable location to a botanical garden. The staff did all they can for an absolutely amazing stay. All facilities were basic too.

Room was very cozy and nice sized, the place itself was GOOD BUDGET.

We can recommend it as this hotel was great value for money. We appreciated property's staff and location. We took a standard king room and it had a private safe, flat-screen TV and an electronic key card❤👍
